owners (next door) and you ! The courtyard itself is
situated behind an 18th century building in Lion Street right
next door to the George hotel in the heart of medieval Rye and is accessed
via a secure enclosed private alleyway.
Through the
stable door you will find a good sized suite with warm light oak flooring
throughout .It consists of an open plan sitting
/bedroom with a King size bed. Two fold down beds can be supplied to
accommodate a further 2 people.
The courtyard studio is well equipped and includes 2 sofas, a 32
inch flat screen television with a DVD player and free to air box,
free wireless broadband ,a PS2 (for those rainy days!),ample
hanging/storage space and a newly refurbished bathroom containing a good
sized shower, toilet, sink and shaver point.
